They were able to make sure my insurance would fully cover the expense BEFORE ever making an appointment, had reasonable scheduling (I only waited about 2 weeks for my appointment, as opposed to some who only had availability months out), and were highly professional. The office itself was extremely clean and welcoming with comfortable low lighting, and the staff made certain my needs were met and repeatedly offered breaks during the extent of the testing. After the fact, they were diligent in making sure the doctor answered all my questions in understanding what my results meant and what I could use their report for in the future. Extremely good experience with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an evaluation.
